# $ROOK

Runes will replace glyphs as a new asset issuance protocol in 2024. ROOK has learned from the experience and technology of Bitcoin Rune and built the first rune protocol on Arbitrum. We will have a tremendous market, bringing in billions of dollars worth of assets, and everyone can use our platform to issue and mint runes.

The total supply of ROOK is 43,500,000, which can be completed through 435,000 minting events.

$ROOK is the first rune on Arbitrum and also the platform token of the ROOK ecosystem. 50% of the income from the ROOK ecosystem will be used to buy back and destroy $ROOK, giving it tremendous potential. The items and features on the ROOK platform will also use $ROOK as a transaction fee, allowing it to circulate within the ecosystem.
